Privacy Policy

At SageTrader, LLC, we recognize the importance of our customers' information and the need to maintain the utmost security and confidentiality of the information. In that regard, the Firm has the following Privacy Policy:

  1. No personal information is sold to any third parties
  2. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties, under the following circumstances:
    • Personal information is needed to assist in processing or servicing customer transactions or accounts, including companies which print and mail customer account statements.
    • When information assists us in providing customers with new services or products, developing or maintaining our computer systems, marketing services on behalf or other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
    • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted under law. For example, when we need to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement, and to fulfill our regulatory obligations.
    • When a customer specifically asks us to do so in writing.
  3. All Firm employees are required to safeguard personal information.
  4. The Firm's physical electronic and procedural safeguards protect customer information.
  5. If the Firm wishes to disclose customer information not consistent with this Policy we will provide advance notice and give you an opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all customers who are current or former SageTrader, LLC clients or referrals.

If you use our own or a third-party on line order routing system to access our services, please be aware that you should never give out your account number or password to anyone. If you suspect someone had your password, change it immediately and call your account representative or the customer service desk at SageTrader, LLC. You are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password.

SageTrader, LLC will communicate our Privacy Policy and provide a copy of that policy to you on an annual basis. Customers who have concerns about their personal account information or who want to correct, update, or confirm their information can mail a letter to the Firm at 220 Bush St., Suite 608, San Francisco, CA 94104
