Have a trading history in options, especially uncovered options, and trading on margin
Ability to provide documentation for any entity that is opening the account, including operating agreement, trust documents, etc.
Undergo an anti-money laundering and "know your customer" reviewed by the firm, which includes providing a current and valid photo identification and tax ID or SSN and signing an acknowledgement for the firm to run a background check.
